unless it is an actual real practical wonderful advancement.  and i
long ago stopped holding my breath on this one, for v4 or v6.  not
that this is not a highly critical goal/task, indeed it is.

otherwise, as an operator, what you say makes good, if sad, sense.

essentially, we have spent some years without advancing technology
very far.  time to get to work.
