        The term "traffic engineering" has a number of different
meanings in different communities.  While "load balancing" isn't
totally crisp in definition either, it is much more clear IMHO
about the specific goal that most folks are talking about in
this particular case...

        So I would oppose the change that Ben proposes on grounds
that it decreases clarity, IMHO.
