In our history, we removed fixed boundaries of classes A, B and C
of IPv4 addresses.

We, then, fixed the boundary to subscribers of IPv6 addresses.

In our history, long IPv4 prefixes are filtered.

TLA merely means to disallow IPv6 prefixes longer than 16 bits.
