	the document does not currently describe how the IPv4 multihoming
	is achieved.  without describing it precisely, we cannot really
	go into discussions in section 4 and 5 (Features/Limitations of
	IPv4 Multihoming), as the features/limitations can change
	depending on how you set it up.

	i guess a section has to be added between 3 and 4, which describes
	the current practice (like "buy two circuit from two ISPs, get
	PI address space or PA from one of ISP, establish BGP with both,
	announce the address space to both).
