That's no layer violation.

Or, are you saying TCP violates layer, because it is aware
of not only port numbers but also internetworking layer addresses?

Then, please tell me how to fix it.

The modification is to let applications handle (often merely pass them
to TCP) multiple addresses, which some applications are already
doing.
