It must be IPv6 to avoid all the MTU problems with 8+8.

Moreover, with IPv6 with proper multihoming, we can assume
the global routing table is small and almost all hosts have it,
which is helpful for address selection from multiple candidates,
which is necessary for multihoming without scalability problem
on routing table size.

It should also be noted that, no one really need another way of
IPv4 multihoming.
