Exactly, it is state that concerns the node as a unit, so the complete
identity of the node is affected

Exaclty, this is why i am saying that threats are different.

One case is when the layer 3 identifier is hijacked and a different thing is
when a tcp connection is hijacked

So, what Brian is proposing AFAIU is to analyze the threats concerning these
two different cases and compare them in a the threats draft
