It doesn't say this is a draft presentation. It says it's an analysis.
There is an RFC and there is Eliots draft. Both are aimed and providing
some guidelines. Me and Brian have asked Geoff among others to review a
long list of drafts that have been published over the years and make a
first rough analysis. And before this starts out as a new thread -
let's see the presentation first, let's discuss AFTER that.
