While Brian and Kurt try and sort out the "wheres and whens", perhaps we 
should have a discussion of "whats".  What do we need to accomplish 
before the meeting, and what do we need to accomplish at the meeting?

We got a pretty good summary of many approaches in Seoul.  Maybe the 
next step should be authors doing a matrix-like comparison of their 
proposals to the others.  It would help greatly if there was some 
running code, so that people have an idea of implementation complexity.

In the next few weeks I'll put out a new version of things to think 
about.  We need someone (Geoff?) to codify Geoff's excellent presentation.

Other thoughts?
