Joe and all,
I'll be brief on this silliness one more time.
Brian and I have had some "run-ins" from time to time. I
won't necessarily agree with him in areas where I feel, know,
or otherwise believe are either incorrect or could be better.
Brian has taken offense to how I state my or our organizations
ideas or positions. I am sorry he does. We and I have our
styles, which it has from time to time seemingly offended Brian,
Randy and a few others within the IETF. My own personal
opinion is that most of this silliness is borne of ego, rather than
sound reasoning, though sound reasoning is, and has been
present during several differences of opinion between Brian
or Randy and I...
