Folks, the Design Team for Requirements for Configuration Management
met today for the first time at 1100hrs PDT/1400hrs EDT. Enclosed you
will find the minutes.

DT agreed to include the following reqs in doc:

    o mutually agreeable requirements (3 members agree)
    o partially agreeable reqs. (1 member strongly disagrees)
    o nice things to have...

each requirement will be recorded as such (i.e security: nice thing to
have ;-) Team members will write a problem statement: Policy
management (whole network) vs configuration management (particular
devices) and email to each other. Luis will try to derive one cohesive
problem statement from input provided.

Action Items:

9/28 DT members will distribute requirements among DT members
9/30 Conference call (1400hrs, 1100PDT)
