Hi,

The design team discussed rollback in detail and agreed
on the following issues:

10.3.2) Confirmed commit

Proposed consensus:
  - this feature has to be decoupled from the #candidate capability
    because it is an implicit rollback
  - the #rollback capability has to be defined and documented
    or this feature has to be removed

* Proposed consensus:
*   - Remove the confirmed commit feature
*   - Defer until #rollback is added as well

11.2.13) #rollback capability  

  Proposal:
    - A rollback returns the contents of the <running> config to
      a previous 'known start state'.  
    ....

* Proposed Consensus
*   - Do not add a #rollback capability at this time.
*   - Defer to a future release
