Can we use the CIM on the netconf?

greetings:

  The DMTF developped the CIM(common Information model) for the netconf which
based on the XML.

  so, does it mean that we can get a standardized "MIB" that wanted in the SNMP, 
by using the CIM to define all vendors' products? and then we can operator their
variables through the WSDL they offered.
