Hi Rob,

An editorial comment on ID:draft-ietf-netconf-prot-03

Section 5.2 <edit-config> operation "test-option" parameter states
"The test-option element may be specified only if the device advertises the #validate capability
(section 6.6 )"
But in section 6.6 there is no mention about the test-option. the "modifications to existing operations" is missing.
