Hi Dan,

I don't understand enough about the requirements for PEPPERMINT to saywhether NETCONF is appropriate. For high volume provisioning perhapsthere are better alternatives (for instance, radius and diameter come tomind). Then again, for low volume device configuration, we'd be rightin NETCONF's ballpark.
