Comment on Notificaiton-06

Hi

I noticed when creating the monitoring schema that it is convenient when
the protocol Schema defines things as types rather then elements. It
makes it easier for other schemas to just use the definition -
type="netconf:SessionId", for example. The Schema for the Notification
definition should turn the following into types:
	stream
      named-profile
