Don't make it 'rpc-login', since that implies it's at the <rpc>
layer.  Use <request-login> or something like that.  Heck, even
<login> would be fine.

Also you should specify (if it's not there already) that the
client needs a cert the server recognises, so the client isn't
throwing a password at a third party.
