Snapshot of draft-ietf-netconf-notifications

There will be a new revision of the notifications draft before the
submissions cutoff (next Monday).  Sharon kindly provided a snapshot
so that WG members can do a quick check whether your issues have been
addressed.  The snapshot and a diff from the current -07 version are
available here:

If you can have a quick look and still find any open issues, please
send them to the list ASAP.  I'd like to get as many non-controversial
changes as possible into the next revision, so that we have a good
basis for a constructive discussion at the IETF meeting.
