RE: ITU Draft Rec. E.41IP



Unless things have changed recently, regular folks (not members of the
carrier club) cannot readily obtain ITU drafts.  If they did open up the
process, they wouldn't end up with such messes as H.323 (v1, v2, v3, etc.)
