This being the operations area, I think that it would be useful to
add an operational section saying either:
	- we think that this would be a good idea but the routers
	  don't support it now and we would like the router vendors
	  to change their code to support it
or:
	- we have tried this on routers X & Y (running code Xc &
	  Yc) and it works with bgp, ospf, and isis.  There is at
	  least one other router Z running Zc that it does not
	  currently work with.


I think that this is a resonable idea & it would be useful to state
if this works now or if I need to go beat on my vendors to make it
work.
