I think many (most?) operators would concur that SNMP based config is broken
in many ways, so SNMP isn't what we should compare against. The apt comparison
is between SNMP vs. CLI-like config. We could debate the XML vs. Expect UI,
but XML has proven to be (modulo details) far simpler to script with.
