"BCP" and RFC 2119 keywords
A couple of other items from the framework that need discssion:
One:
00> BCP [XXX Discuss @ Working Group]
00>
00> Should we work on refining the definitions of "Current" and
00> "Practice" ? Does "current" mean that it's widely implemented,
00> that at least one vendor implements, other ??? Does "Practice"
00> mean "requirement". See [RFC2026].
Two:
In what sense can these requirements use:
00>
00> RFC 2119 Keywords [XXX Discuss @ Working Group]
00>
00> The key words "MUST", "MUST NOT", "REQUIRED", "SHALL", "SHALL
00> NOT", "SHOULD", "SHOULD NOT", "RECOMMENDED", "MAY", and "OPTIONAL"
00> in this document are to be interpreted as described in [RFC2119].
This probably depends on the outcome of the requirement as policy vs
policy as mechanism discussion.
