psamp status

Folks,

here's an update on status of PSAMP.

The draft charter for a PSAMP WG has been submitted and
is under consideration by the IESG.

In the meantime, a BOF has been scheduled for IETF 54 in 
Yokohama. The slot is Tuesday, July 16, 2002, 0900-1130:

The draft PSAMP charter and a provisional agenda for
the BOF are at http://www.ietf.org/ietf/02jul/psamp.txt

If you want to give a talk at the BOF, please send me a 
title for inclusion in the agenda.
