RE: minneapolis

3GPP WLAN interworking as specified by SA2 for Release 6 will include conversion from RADIUS to Diameter (TS 23.234 mentions this, and CN4 work on this topic is happening as well). Although it is not clear whether prepaid services will be a requirement for WLAN interworking, network initiated disconnect with RADIUS is being considered by CN4.

Vic

I've checked the 3GPP2 IETF dependency web page at:
http://www.3gpp2.org/Public_html/IETF/IETF_dependencies.cfm

and there is no mention of RADIUS pre-paid, only Diameter Credit
Control.

So from an official standpoint, there is no request from 3GPP2 (or any
other SDO) for RADIUS pre-paid work.
