Urgh, you are right. I've just checked my Sent-Box, the error must
have occurred at internet-drafts@ietf.org. The mail I've sent to them
contained the xml2rfc source and the txt version generated from it.
To be on the safe side, I included the txt version as text and as
attachment. Maybe some script cat'ed them together.
