RADIUS Bar BOF at Emerald Room

Folks:

Time:  Tuesday at 18:30
Location:  The Emerald Room.  Located on the second floor.
We may be in the room or in the foyer just outside the room.  (This is not a
bar, but we can go to a bar afterwards)

Items for discussion:
Charter and what is going on.  How do we move forward?
Some of the authors of current drafts will be there.  It would be nice to
have each author briefly update us on their current work.  We should give
people the option to ask questions.

I would think this will last for about 1:30  hours.
