Issue: 'key' attributes in IEEE802 draft

Issue: Per the design team meeting on Dec. 21, 2004, there was
discussion around the removal of 'key' attributes
('EAP-Master-Session-Key', 'EAP-Key-Name') out of the IEEE802 draft for
fear of then requiring NIST approval. 

Proposal: Remove said attributes from draft. Endangering the
ratification of all attributes for just a couple does not seem
advisable.
