RE: Revised Agenda for IETF 62

I have heard the "final" word from the Secretariat on RADEXT scheduling.
Because Bert Wijnen is still convalescing, David Kessens is the only OPS
Area AD at IETF 62.  For this reason, the Secretariat rearranged the
agenda to minimize the number of OPS session conflicts.  Our meeting
slot will be Wednesday, March 9 from 15:30 to 17:30, however I've been
told by the Secretariat that our meeting room is not required for the
Plenary, so we can continue meeting until 18:00, if we choose, allowing
us to retain a 2.5 hour meeting slot.

My apologies to those WG members who had made their travel plans based
on the draft agenda, who are now inconvenienced.
