RADEXT WG last call on the VLAN and Priority Attributes document

This is an announcement of RADEXT WG last call on the VLAN and Priority 
Attributes document, prior to sending it on to the IESG for consideration as 
a Proposed Standard.

When it shows up on the IETF archive, the document will be available here:
