Moving forward on the NAS-Filter-Rule document

Recently a conference call took place relating to the next steps for the NAS-Filter-Rule document. The new proposal for moving forward is as follows:
1. Have DIME WG commit to defining a new diameter AVP that replicates the
nas-traffic-rule attribute. The filter syntax would be exactly the same,
thereby allowing the draft-ietf-radext-filter-rule to claim interoperability
in terms of direct translation. Diameter's IPFilterRule is not altered.
2. Have RADEXT WG commit to define a new RADIUS attribute that replicates
IPFilterRule. The ongoing work with nas-traffic-rule continues.
Discussion/feedback is solicited on this new proposal.
