Yes.  We've done this with a RADIUS document in the GEOPRIV WG.
Cross-WG review is requested, and simultaneous WGLC on the draft is held
in each WG.

Yes, once WGLC comments from both MIP6 and RADEXT have been
satisfactorily resolved.
