Mailing list issues and IETF-67 Agenda

It has been brought to the chairs' attention that the RADEXT WG mailing
List at ops.ietf.org may be experiencing technical difficulties.  The
most recent message I found in a cursory check of the archives was dated
October 15.  There have been reports that some important messages, such
as the call for presentations (RADEXT WG Agenda Items) and the draft WG
Agenda were not received by all list members.  These messages were
reflected back to me, so the issue appears to be a partial failure.

The most current version of the RADEXT WG Meeting Agenda for IETF-67 may
be found in the Slides (presentations) at the IETF-67 Meeting Materials
web page.

Note that the plain text Agenda is in need of an update, as of this
writing.
