REMINDER: RADEXT WG last call on RFC 4590bis

This is a reminder about the announcement of RADEXT WG last call on RFC 
4590bis, prior to sending the document to the IESG for consideration as a 
Proposed Standard.

WG last call will last until March 9, 2007. Comments should be sent to the
