Closure of Traffic-Rule Issues

At IETF 68, we discussed how to close the remaining issues on the 
Traffic-Rule document.   Mauricio will email proposed resolutions to the 
list and the original submitters, and if he does not get a response 
suggesting that additional changes are necessary, we will close all existing 
issues and bring the document to RADEXT WG last call.

Any objections to this approach?
