Until the last meeting I thought that the goal was to address a quite 
limited scope, namely http://psg.com/lists/radiusext/2007/msg00053.html.

Key management, for example, has not been subject of discussions in the 
past and  I thought it would even be outside the scope.

Can someone explain me the scope and the planned timeframe of the work?
