Request for Review: "Issues and Fixes" changes

In response to IESG comments, the "Issues and Fixes" document has been 
updated:

This version contains significant changes, including:

1. Addition of a suggested retransmission algorithm (Section 2.2.1)
2. Changes to RADIUS client and server processing of unknown attributes 
(Section 2.5)

Given these changes, we are requesting that RADEXT WG participants review 
the document carefully.

The request for review will last until August 17, 2007.  Please post your 
comments to the RADEXT WG mailing list in the format described on the RADEXT 
Issues list:
