  I've just submitted a draft of the design guidelines document, as
reviewed at the last IETF.

  It's been re-organized a bit since Greg's draft.  Hopefully the
changes are all positive.

  There are no Diameter considerations, though the current text refers
to them.  Based on WG discussion, that text belongs in another document.

  The other change is Appendix A, which talks about the "odd" attributes
in detail.  i.e. ones which don't meet the RADIUS data model.
