RE: DISCUSS and COMMENT: draft-ietf-radext-rfc3576bis

With respect to the DISCUSS comments on Section 6.2, it would appear that 
identical text is present in RFC 3579, Section 4.3.7.  Therefore there is no 
need to include Section 6.2 in the document; RFC 3579 can be referenced 
instead.

Similarly, the IESG has also filed DISCUSS comments on text that is included 
in [RFC3579] Section 4.2.  That text has also been deleted.

Deleting the redundant text shortens the document by several pages, and 
should make it more readable.
