new draft proposal on Radius support for roaming and handovers

Dear all,

I am proposing another new draft for this WG on new extensions for radius supporting roaming and handover.

In this draft we have proposed different extensions for extending the functionalities of radius server for not only to authenticatio, authorization and accounting but also for wireless mobiity. In this draft we have proposed 4 new mechanisms which can be extended later, on network selection, handover management, security context transfer management and mobility context management. In ths draf we have proposed new attributes to support RADIUS for extending functionalities for supporting seamless roaming services.

I am very interested to address the issues rasied by the WG, and also suggestions and remarks to enhance the proposed solutions for possible radius extensions.
