Since this document relates to IEEE 802.16, we would like to inquire as to whether IEEE 802.16 has an opinion on the advisability of having IETF take on this work, as well as to whether IEEE 802.16 has any editorial or technical feedback relating to the document.  This document is likely to be discussed during IETF 73 in Minneapolis, which will take place from November 16-21, 2008.
