There have been a number of positive comments to the list with regard to
accepting this draft as a WG work item, and no negative comments.  Consider
it accepted.

The window for draft submission will open up again on the Monday of IETF 73
week. Given the simple nature of the draft, we can immediately start a WG
Last Call, perhaps immediately after ITEF 73.
