Yes.  I believe Hannes raised the issue.  Maybe others.

Yes and no.  Basically, RFC 2865 allows VSAs to contain _anything_ in the
"value" portion of the attribute that will fit into 253 (more or less)
octets.  There is a recommended format, and multiple instances in the
recommended format may be included, but so may anything else.

For the purpose of the Extended Attribute, I think we absolutely must
retract the "but so may anything else" portion, and stick to the format as
defined in the Extended Attributes draft.

Of course, I suppose that one could have a Vendor Specific Extended
Attribute.  :-)
