  I never said any such thing.

  In the past, people rejected the modifications you proposed.  This
forms the "WG consensus" that I have referred to.

  In the present, no one has agreed to make those modifications.

  In the future, if people *do* agree to make those modifications, that
would form "WG consensus", and I would be in no position to oppose it.

  These spurious claims can't avoid the fact that you haven't succeeded
in changing the WG consensus to support your position.  Don't blame me.
