This is announcing a "last look" at the RADIUS Design Guidelines document, prior to its being approval by the IETF for publication as a Best Current Practice (BCP). The document is available for inspection here: http://tools.ietf.org/id/draft-ietf-radext-design The "last look" will last until June 28, 2010.
