[RRG] Finding DNS servers

Maybe Dave Meyer could explain in a bit more detail the quote
recently attributed to him on this list about difficulties in
using DNS to find destination addresses/locators ??

I suspect there is a bit more context to his original comment,
something that would explain why this isn't solved by the
current approach to using DNS for name resolution...
