Tony,

I'm confused by what you said. In Noel's Endpoint Name draft, the first
requirement for the host identifier is global uniqueness. Is that wrong? Or
you just want to use the locator identifier pair together as a globally
unique identifier. Then should this pair keep stable in a long run just like
the home address in mobile IP?
