Thanks, it does.  Also, the monami6 WG seems to be studying the
interaction between multihoming and mipv6, although they explicitly
state that they haven't yet considered the shim6 work:

well, i guess that the work monami6 is doing in the solution space is very focused in a limited set of tools i.e. multiple coas registration and policy about how to use this multiple coas. In particular, multiple HoAs support or fault tolerance i.e. how to detect failures in the paths and explore alternative paths is out of the scope of their work
