Tracking the RRG list, shim6 crops up quite often and often seems little
understood, or understood as it was rather than as it is.

So, I think it important that there is an obvious place for queries and issues
to be raised as and when needed, even if there has not been much evidence of
that so far, and this I see as an argument for keeping this list open, and
keeping it alive.

Yes, lack of group energy is a counter-argument.
