Solutions in support of multi-region

After the discussions on the Multi-Region family of requirement
drafts, I just wanted to draw the list's attention to the work in
ccamp on crankback and route exclusion
(draft-iwata-mpls-crankback-06.txt and
draft-ietf-ccamp-rsvp-te-exclude-route-00.txt).

One or two of the requirements draft mention the need for either
of these functions. The authors of the others might like to
consider whether they need the functions as well.

We would, of course, welcome opinions on the ccamp list as to
whether these drafts address the requirements.
