TSP?
I have previously stated that I see merits in the TSP approach, but in
a complimentary (not competitive) sense wrt automatic tunneling. I believe
automatic tunneling can provide a ubiquitous, connectionless mechanism with
configured (and/or "semi-automatic") tunnels providing a connection-oriented
mechanism for special use-cases (e.g., when stronger security, bi-directonal
links, etc. are needed). See: 'draft-templin-interact-00.txt' for text
describing how an automatic tunneling mechanism (in this case, ISATAP)
can coexist with TSP.
